As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior ERP Implementation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business operations, project coordination, technology, and executive support.

About the Role

This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance. You will work closely with the Senior ERP Implementation Manager to help coordinate ERP implementation projects, manage priorities, track tasks, and ensure smooth communication across clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator (ERP Projects)

Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our growing team and work directly with our Senior ERP Implementation Manager, supporting exciting ERP implementation projects across a variety of industries.

What You'll Do

Provide executive support, including calendar, email, meetings, and documentation management.
Coordinate ERP implementation projects, tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation and update project management systems.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
Prepare reports, monitor progress, and help improve business processes.

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A proactive, tech-savvy mindset with the confidence to learn new systems.
ERP, CRM, or project management experience is highly desirable.
