Your Role:

· Client Advocate: Whether you call it client service, relationship, or administration, your mission is to ensure O’Leary Financial Planning functions smoothly and our clients feel valued and delighted.

· Planner & Organiser: Collaborate with senior advisors, manage workflow, and help our business thrive through effective client relationships.

· Support System: Help our advisers in client-related tasks, prepare and implement paperwork, oversee new business lodgement, follow up and transactions, and provide pivotal administrative assistance.

· Industry Pro: Has spent a minimum of 2 year in this type of role - client service or administration - and is looking to grow, develop & enhance their skills working in a truly supportive and team environment.

· Passionate & Driven: A genuine desire to achieve outstanding client outcomes. and a real willingness to go the extra mile for them. It really does need to drive you- it's "your thing".

· Experience: the power of our brand is in the expertise and ability of our team - your background then is very important to the quality our clients' experience.

· Lifelong Learner: the O’Leary Financial Planning model has been tried and tested. We know it’s a winning formula so you must be willing to learn our systems and techniques, while still of course having the freedom to bring your personal style and improvements to it!

· Detail-Oriented: Precision, problem-solving ability, and timely execution are your strengths.

· Communicator: Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

· Independent Yet Team-Oriented: Work autonomously but harmoniously within a team.

· Strong IT skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must. Some experience with a broker CRM and cashflow modelling would be a bonus
