Job Description Hotel Receptionist
- Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Address inquiries and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Reservations Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest information and reservations.
- Customer Service: Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. Respond to guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash transactions. Maintain organized front desk operations and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.

Job Description Night Porter
Guest Services: Night porters will assist guests with check-ins, provide information, deliver items such as toiletries or food, and respond to guest requests promptly to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Greet visitors and handle inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
Security and Safety: Monitor the hotel premises, including access points, CCTV, and alarm systems, ensuring all doors and windows are secured. Night porter will identify suspicious activity, manage incidents involving intoxicated or unwell guests, and report security breaches to management or authorities. Fire safety duties, such as patrolling and checking fire doors, are also part of the role.
Operational Duties: Night porter will perform light cleaning, maintain public areas, stock beverage stations, and prepare for the following day’s events, including setting tables or tidying conference rooms. They may also assist with breakfast preparation and support other departments as needed. Completing night audits, using front office systems, and maintaining logs of activities are common administrative tasks.
Physical and Work Requirements: The role involves overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and requires standing, walking, lifting, and general physical activity. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
Job Description F&B Staff
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in service areas, and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely orders.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and plan for special occasions.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff, ensuring high professional standards and effective teamwork.
- Safety and Hygiene: Ensure a safe dining environment and follow safety and sanitation policies.
