The Door Centre is one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of premium internal doors, front doors, flooring and architectural ironmongery.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for one exceptional person to join our team.

This isn’t a typical customer service role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes ownership, communicates confidently and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience while also assisting customers in our premium showroom.

About the Role

As our Customer Success & Sales Executive, you’ll become one of the main points of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to project completion.

You’ll build relationships, follow up quotations, coordinate with our sales, purchasing and warehouse teams, keep customers informed throughout their orders, and assist customers in our showroom.

No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring no customer ever feels forgotten or left waiting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to completion.
Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
Assist customers in our premium showroom.
Keep customers updated throughout their orders.
Monitor order progress and communicate any supplier delays.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Build relationships with designers, builders and trade customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes.

Experience in customer service, internal sales, showroom sales, builders’ merchants, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring or similar industries would be an advantage, but attitude, personality and willingness to learn are even more important.
