About the Role
As our Customer Success & Sales Executive, you’ll become one of the main points of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to project completion.
You’ll build relationships, follow up quotations, coordinate with our sales, purchasing and warehouse teams, keep customers informed throughout their orders, and assist customers in our showroom.
No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring no customer ever feels forgotten or left waiting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to completion.
- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist customers in our premium showroom.
- Keep customers updated throughout their orders.
- Monitor order progress and communicate any supplier delays.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Build relationships with designers, builders and trade customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes.
