We are looking for a Part-Time Linen Porter to become the logistical backbone of our Housekeeping department. If you prefer a dynamic role where you are constantly on the move rather than stuck behind a desk, you’ll fit right in here.

Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and supporting with the laundry operation. You will perform all required tasks and ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

What we offer

€14.15 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE & HOURS Permanent, part-time contract (20hrs per week) working various shifts across Monday - Sunday

Your role

As a Linen Porter, your focus will be to support in creating positive and memorable experiences for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service.

Responsibilities of the Linen Porter will include but are not limited to:

Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs;
You will make sure that all guests rooms and public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences;
You will be responsible for the laundry operation, ensuring linen is delivered on time and performing checks to ensure linen is of high quality;
You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards.

The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive and able to work with limited supervision;
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests needs;
A team player able to work to defined procedures and standards;
Results-focused with a desire to succeed.

You must have the right to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
