We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Host / Customer Contact Administrator to join our founding Dundalk team and play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for every customer who visits or contacts our dealership.

The Role

As a Showroom Host / Customer Contact Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership or contacting us by phone. You will help create a welcoming environment while supporting a range of customer service and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to customers and visitors.
Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors and incoming calls.
Manage and direct inbound customer enquiries efficiently.
Make outbound customer calls, including appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Support customer communications and CRM activities.
Assist the Business Development Centre (BDC), Sales and Aftersales teams.
Carry out a variety of administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
Help maintain high presentation standards throughout customer-facing areas.
Play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is naturally friendly, outgoing and confident.
Enjoys interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Is comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, retail or call handling would be advantageous but is not essential.
