The Role
As a Showroom Host / Customer Contact Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership or contacting us by phone. You will help create a welcoming environment while supporting a range of customer service and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to customers and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors and incoming calls.
- Manage and direct inbound customer enquiries efficiently.
- Make outbound customer calls, including appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- Support customer communications and CRM activities.
- Assist the Business Development Centre (BDC), Sales and Aftersales teams.
- Carry out a variety of administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Help maintain high presentation standards throughout customer-facing areas.
- Play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For

- Enjoys interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Is comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, retail or call handling would be advantageous but is not essential.
