Full job description

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a friendly, guest-focused environment? The Maritime Hotel is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Whether you have experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or even your own business, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by a dedicated training buddy.

About The Role

Flexible working hours up to 3 days per week
Comprehensive training and onboarding
Opportunities for learning, development, and internal promotion

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and guests
Balance guest accounts accurately
Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times

About You

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, healthcare, etc.)
Strong communication and IT skills
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
A genuine passion for customer service
