About The Role
As part of our F&B team, you’ll be the welcoming face of our service — ensuring guests enjoy a smooth, friendly, and memorable dining experience. Please note: this position involves split shifts, typical of busy seasonal hotel operations.

Greet, seat, and assist guests in a warm and professional manner

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, including cocktails

Support service by setting, clearing, and maintaining tables

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct order delivery

Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, organised, and fully stocked
