We are passionate about emerging technologies, innovation, creation and Industry 4.0. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Documentation Specialist / Technical Writer.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient management and implementation of documents including access and revision control.
Drive the Documentation life cycle to ensure schedules are met and quality is maintained.
Work closely with subject matter experts, engineering project teams, support teams, and other stakeholders to create, maintain and approve high-quality documentation.
Effectively manage documentation projects and deliver customer-focused documentation.
Creation and revision of Standard operating procedure (SOPs) as required.
Design and implement a customer feedback program to address content gaps, respond to direct customer feedback, and promote continuous improvement of the documentation experience.
Use analytics and insights to improve content and user experience.
Experience working with GMP Documentation Management Systems and/or a willingness to learn GMP validation documentation development.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory GMP, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Keep up to date with what Gallarus has to offer and support accordingly.
Participate and comply with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ownership.
Previously demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on different job tasks

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Quality, Tech Services).
High level of technical writing skills & attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cross functional collaborative environment.
Highest level of attention to detail and fast deliver.
Self-motivated/ proactive approach.
Strong sense of customer service and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
