As part of our continued expansion and business growth plans, we're looking for Financial Advisors to join our dynamic Worksite team that provides market-leading financial advice to the employees of many of Ireland’s leading companies. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert financial advice, make a real impact, and grow your career in an innovative and rewarding environment.

As part of the Irish Life Group, our Worksite Financial Advisors have access to advice the employees of many of the largest local and international companies based in Ireland. These include for example 8 out of 10 of Ireland’s largest companies, and 27 of the 30 largest multinational employers based in Ireland.

What you will help us to achieve

Build Relationships:
Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients, continuously working to achieve high standards through the Irish Life advice processes.
Elevate Client Satisfaction:
Establish and develop relationships with the relevant teams and stakeholders both within Irish Life and your corporate customer base to ensure that customers experience the benefits of the advice process.
Compliance Champion
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements, all while providing the best professional advice.

What you will need to be successful in the role

Minimum Requirements:

Fully qualified QFA as a minimum and be up to date on all CPD requirements.
Relevant 3rd Level Qualification, RPA or CFP in particular, would be an advantage.

Proven Success in Helping Others:
Show your experience in supporting people and organisations, with a track record of achieving great results.
Connecting Through Communication:
Shine with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. Build trust through active listening and empathy.

People-Centric skills:
Embrace a customer-facing role where your warm demeanour and commercial awareness will make a positive impact.
Navigating Regulations with Ease:
Strong understanding and knowledge of regulatory and compliance regulation of the financial industry in Ireland. Takes pride in adhering to consumer protection standards.
Knowing & Growing:
Have the right professional qualifications and an appetite to keep staying ahead. You’ll be a Qualified Financial Advisor and be up to date on all Continuous Professional Development requirements (minimum requirement). Hold or be on the path of obtaining the Retirement Planning Advisor designation. You will also be subject to Fitness and Probity regulation as set out by Central Bank of Ireland.

Fitness & Probity

This role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank. This requires the company to complete prescribed due diligence to assess the appointee’s fitness and probity. Further details on this due diligence process are available from ILFS Human Resources.
