Food & Beverage Assistant- FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

Must be available mid week

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and progressive Irish hotel group, and work with the F&B Team for the Harbour Hotel Galway.

Duties and responsibilities

Main Duties:

Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine.
Take orders promptly and clearly and ensure correct till operations are adhered to.
Strive to have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage products.
Daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, hovering and moping of floors/cleaning of equipment such as coffee machines/ using glass washers and to carry out extra duties such as deep cleaning as required.
Ensure compliance, at all times, of all relevant legislation relating to weights and measures, licensing and under-age drinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
