Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our teams across Ireland. The ideal candidate will be confident in Irish and English employment law and HR best practices. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support organisational goals while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering

Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Ireland, providing

guidance on all people-related matters.

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with

organizational goals.

Provide advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Ensure HR practices comply with Irish labor laws, collective agreements, and local

regulations.

Advise on and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance

processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation and translate into

practical HR policies and processes.

Talent & Performance

Support performance management cycles, including feedback, appraisals, and career

development discussions.

Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce

integration.

HR Projects & Initiatives

Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as DE&I initiatives, culture and engagement programs,

and organizational change efforts.

Provide input into global HR strategies, ensuring they are adapted to fit the Irish context.

Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role in Ireland.

Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.

Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
Experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
