Job Description & Summary

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

The People Experience Manager will report to the Director of People Experience and will play a key role in developing our strategic initiatives that bring our employee value proposition to life. This role is a key member of the People Experience team and will drive and champion a programme of work across the areas of culture, inclusion, wellbeing & flexibility as well as community, recognition and employee engagement aiming to improve the lived experiences that our people have at work.

Responsibilities are varied and include working across a variety of projects that positively impact on the experience our people have at work

Act as a custodian of our culture, championing and delivering initiatives that build and enhance our employee value proposition
Lead best in class initiatives to support and empower our people across all elements of wellbeing
Drive and support our Social Impact and Community agenda developing our charity partnerships and One Firm, Every Day and other programmes
Lead and champion engagement initiatives and events, taking insights from listening platforms and surveys to develop interventions as needed
Work closely with the internal and external communications, marketing and branding colleagues ensuring there is a strategic communications plan in place across all aspects of People Experience
Act as a key point of contact for People Experience and participant in Global and EMEA networks or projects as required
Collaborate with teams across HR and the business to embed and champion people experience initiatives and programmes
Lead and coach members of the team to develop and grow their careers

Requirements

Proven experience working in a people centric or HR role with experience of leading and driving programmes in areas such as culture, wellbeing, inclusion and/or engagement
Circa 5+ years of experience
Passionate about driving people experience programmes with a good understanding of global and market trends in the area
Ability to communicate with impact, including in person and developing slides, emails and written communications for a range of audiences
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects through to operational implementation
