Full job description

Our ideal candidate is someone who is experienced, flexible works well in a fast-paced setting and is first and foremost a team player who adds value in a culture driven environment.

You must have the ability to initiate action on projects with little direction and have strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for organising broad based initiatives in research, Salesforce CRM and database management, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and creating/maintaining key performance indicators.

Duties Include -

Successfully lead cross-department teams through all phases of the project management process from initiation to implementation through to completion, ensuring key milestones are met and deliverables provided on time and on budget.
Lead the continuous/process improvement initiative to support managers and teams towards greater efficiencies and better outcomes for stakeholders.
Responsible for project & stakeholder management and people management (where applicable),
Secure new/additional project partnerships where applicable .
Oversee projects from start to finish, organizing kick-off meetings, scoping, and resourcing, status updates, project check-ins, scheduling and facilitating all meetings, communicating assignments, after-action-reviews etc.
Manage data from various internal and external sources to assist in making informed decisions.
Analysis of workflows, processes and data in regard to current practices, to build and implement improvements which better serve our stakeholders.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
Experience in leadership and management – managing cross functional teams
Experience in reporting at all levels and contributing to continuous improvement throughout the company through KPI's and evaluating project processes.
Relationship management with internal and external partners
Serve as a leader in the organisation
Experience in budget management of the all the projects

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience at a senior level (with at least 2 years in a project management role.
Lean Six Sigma qualification with experience in leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives is a distinct advantage.
Proficient with understanding and documenting internal and external processes and workflows.
Experience in Salesforce/CRM systems, data modelling, mapping and UX improvements is highly desirable.
Strong computer skills, MS Office suite, MS-Project is preferred.
Ability to work with project teams of various sizes and seniority and support them through to completion on time, on budget, and with maximum efficiency.
Exceptional communicator & relationship builder with ability to positively influence stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail focused, goal-oriented, accountable with the ability to handle last minute, urgent and/or ambiguous requests.
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, ability to influence and lead a team indirectly.
A deadline-driven, no-task-is-too-small mentality
