Full job description

Flexiforce, a Hartley People Company are recruiting for a Full Time Legal Secretary, for a temporary ongoing contract based in Co Tipperary. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has experience in a similar role, looking to progress their career and are based in County Tipperary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial, administrative & reception assistance
Liaising with client and solicitors externally
Preparation of legal documents
Diary Management
Quality review of services provided
Using spreadsheets to analyse and report information
Assist in proofing of documents
Data entry and management
Adhoc duties

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience in a legal secretary role
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with in Conveyancing, Kehel – Case management system preferable
Experience in using full MS Suite
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication – both written and oral
High level in understanding GDPR
