The Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Executive Assistant to join our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team who are based across our Dublin and Cork offices. This role involves predominantly working closely with Partners in FAAS and with the wider FAAS team, providing personal assistant and general administrative support. The Junior Executive Assistant will primarily work alongside and provide support to our Senior Executive Assistant, who will guide and enable you to explore and build on your strengths. This is a hybrid role, based in our Dublin office.
The Team
The FAAS team are a group of proactive accounting specialists who are focused on providing practical solutions to our clients on complex financial reporting issues. Our FAAS team must be able to respond quickly to fast moving business processes and timelines – whether assisting with advice related to transactions or working to tight financial close deadlines.
Role responsibilities:

Support to the Senior EA for FAAS

Effective management of the Partners daily schedules and planning through prioritisation of appointments

Management of all correspondences, filtering, and prioritising urgent matters
-
Supporting the operations of the team
-
Management and reconciliation of monthly expenses and weekly timesheets for Partners
-
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Manage and maintain system for the team, entering opportunities and contact records.

Arrange all domestic and international travel for Partners
-
Organisation and coordination of internal and external meetings, circulating agendas and action items and taking minutes where necessary.

Preparation of reports, minutes, presentations, and letters to company standard

Manage the administration of external events including team off-sites and client lunches.

General administration duties including filing, typing and distribution of documents.

Managing various Ad-hoc duties
Skills and attributes:
-
At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment
-
Ability to multitask, use initiative and prioritise workload.

Confident, with the ability to work within multiple management structures.

Positive and trustworthy individual

Solutions driven and interested in active problem solving.

Excellent writing skills (draft letters, minutes, reports etc)

Natural attention to detail and accuracy

Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a "can-do" attitude to requests and tasks

High level of proficiency in information systems and working knowledge of the following packages: Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
