Are you passionate about food, innovation and product development? At Panelto Foods, we're looking for a motivated Graduate NPD Customer Technologist to join our growing New Product Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced professionals to develop innovative bakery products for leading retail and foodservice customers across Europe.

What You'll Do

As a Graduate NPD Customer Technologist, you'll support the development of new products from concept through to launch by:

Supporting product development activities and sample preparation.
Conducting product benchmarking, market research and organoleptic (sensory) testing.
Assisting with factory trials, customer presentations and product launches.
Maintaining accurate development records, specifications and project documentation.
Building both technical and commercial knowledge to support successful product delivery.
Working closely with Production, Technical, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

A degree (or expected degree) in Food Science, Food Innovation, Food Technology or a related discipline.
A genuine passion for food and product innovation.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
