Full job description

ELI Schools is a rapidly growing English language training company with three schools in Ireland. We specialize in providing English language training, accommodation, and tourism services to adult students throughout the year. Currently, we are seeking a Bookings Assistant to support our busy Admissions team and deliver high-quality customer service to our students and partners.

Your role will involve managing and processing all bookings, ensuring smooth customer service from booking to student arrival in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

Managing and processing all bookings, changes, flights, and cancellations.
Generating bookings reports.
Assisting the Admissions Manager in monitoring school capacity.
Providing weekly arrivals reports and monthly enrolments reports.
Following up on no-shows and liaising with agents.
Confirming flight details with both direct and external agents.

Requirements and Skills:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Capacity to thrive in an international environment and establish professional relationships with various stakeholders, from colleagues to international partners.
Flexible and hands-on approach to work to meet all deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
