Full job description

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Mallow, who is seeking a Grade 3 Clerical Officer for a temporary position, initially spanning 6 months. In this role, effective interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage extensively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Position: Grade 3 Clerical Officer (Temporary, 6-month duration)

Hourly Rate: €15.27

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, scheduled across 5 out of 7 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive clerical support across various organizational departments.
Managing incoming phone calls and promptly responding to emails.
Organizing and maintaining efficient document filing systems.
Assisting in the coordination and scheduling of meetings.
Accurate data entry and diligent maintenance of databases.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a clerical role.
Strong organizational and time management aptitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility regarding working hours due to the varied schedule inherent in this relief role.
