Full job description

Current Need:

CPL in partnership with SK biotek Ireland are looking for a Training Administrator on a 6 month Cpl contract. Reporting into the HR Manager, the Training administrator will work alongside the Training & HR Partner and will cover day-to-day training administration tasks and provide support with an overall process improvement project.

Responsibilities:

· Working closely with the Training & HR Partner to identify opportunities to further optimise/ streamline how we utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) in the most efficient manner.

· Point of contact for all LMS queries received through the training mailbox.

· Provide reports such as Training Needs/ Training History and ad-hoc reports as requested.

· Complete monthly metrics whilst driving the right behaviours to ensure compliance.

· Ensuring all training records are entered in a timely manner with the utmost attention to detail.

· Maintenance of all of the training requirements on the LMS – SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

· Ensure training records meet GMP, GDP, FDA and all other regulatory requirements.

· Provide audit support to the Training & HR Partner for both internal and external audits.

· Assign relevant training requirements on an ongoing basis.

· Update DCA and SuccessFactors LMS with changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Update online assessments on SuccessFactors LMS to correspond with training requirement updates.

· Organise all approved external training courses and raise the relevant POs where necessary.

· Manage Manual Payment Forms, that are subject to the HR Budget.

· Book classroom courses, as requested in the Training Plan to enable the LMS to provide scheduled offerings to all employees.

· Respond to all email enquiries regarding training, requested through the training shared mailbox.

Required Competencies:

· Time management.

· Organisational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work on own initiative.

· Strong MS office skills.

· Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

· Strong problem-solving ability, ability to work well under pressure.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· SuccessFactors LMS experience.

SK biotek Ireland is looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, has strong teamwork skills, and is comfortable working in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.

Job Type: Specified-purpose

Salary: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Education:

Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

Training: 1 year (preferred)
Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
