Full job description

Connect recruitment are seeking a motivated General Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the quality of products. You will work closely with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Company is located in Collinstown 25min drive from Athboy

Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines
Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards
Identify and resolve issues that may affect production or product quality
Maintain production records and reports
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer needs
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of production processes

Requirements:

Own transport
Prior experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts
