What you can expect

We’re looking for an Italian speaking Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in Ireland, supporting the Italian market. In this role, you’ll build long-term relationships commercial customers, acting as a trusted partner throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with Italian-speaking clients to identify their needs and help them modernize the way they communicate and collaborate. The ideal candidate brings experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and/or Contact Center solutions and enjoys engaging with customers, uncovering opportunities, and closing impactful deals.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

Have experience of selling to the Italian market at a Commercial level.
Have 3-5 years direct commercial sales experience in a CX, UCaaS or CCaaS environment
Be native in Italian and fluent in English
Have strong capabilities in business forecasting, pipeline development, and account management
Have a track record of client satisfaction, consistent performance, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Have the ability to conduct product pitch and deliver strategic relevant messaging tailored to each sector audiences
Have extensive experience selling sophisticated solutions to commercial enterprises

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

€88,100.00

Maximum:

€141,000.00
