Job Overview
As a Student Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding students during their time in Dublin. Your responsibilities will include:
Resolving any issues and concerns that arise for students in Dublin.
Maintaining and updating our in-house database, ensuring smooth information flow across teams.
Expanding our network of clients and nurturing existing partnerships.
Representing ADC College to partner schools and teachers.
Supporting other teams, including accommodation and work placement, by facilitating communication and information exchange.
