About the Job
We have an exciting vacancy for inside ales representatives to join a fast moving and dynamic team. Our offices are centrally located near Dundrum town center and close to the Luas Greenline, M50 and other transport routes. Our team are driven to truly drive change within our sector - helping to improve our customers businesses and help homeowners.
Role details:
The role involves telesales, business development, lead generation, account management, forecasting and reporting. You will be responsible for building new relationships with trade professionals in Ireland and strengthening existing ones. You will have your own verticals to manage and sales targets to hit.
Onsite training and continuous career development for each role is something we pride ourselves on as a business.
The ideal candidate:
- Has worked in telesales in Ireland - Essential!
- Has made target in a high volume phone-based environment
- Has a proven track record in overachieving against sales targets
- Has experience in lead generation and developing pipeline
- Has experience in negotiating with clients and closing sales deals
- Has experience in account managing clients
- Has experience in sales reporting, use of CRM systems and sales forecasting
- Can work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Is fluent in both written and verbal English
- Has a third level qualification or equivalent
- You will have a professional approach, representing our company in a positive and professional way
- Has worked in a pressurised target driven environment. You must be target-driven and results orientated.
