Overview

The B3 Collective is seeking a dynamic and strategic International (Fractional) Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive revenue expansion across diverse global markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in enterprise sales, strategic planning, and relationship management to accelerate business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will craft innovative strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and close high-value deals that propel our organization forward. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented individual passionate about scaling business operations and building lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Lead prospecting efforts by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and nurturing relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate across departments such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer success to optimize client acquisition and retention efforts.
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms, to track leads, manage pipelines, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
Oversee strategic planning initiatives to identify target markets, develop value propositions, and enhance competitive positioning.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding client bases and closing enterprise-level deals.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is a plus.
Exceptional skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, and relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and their integration into business development efforts.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively within fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
