As Deputy Services Manager, you will work alongside the Person in Charge (PIC) to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports that promote choice, dignity, inclusion and active participation in community life.
Support the daily operation of the service
Lead and inspire a dedicated team
Promote person-centred and rights-based practice
Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
Champion quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement
Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and community partners
Relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care, Health or a related field
Leadership experience in disability, health or social care services
Strong communication and people skills
Knowledge of New Directions and safeguarding practices
Full clean driving licence
