Experienced Site Foreman needed to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and to client specification.
- 4-8 years experience in construction ideal with at least 2 years experience required in a lead/supervisory role.
- This is a full time role with scope for performance based salary increases.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be proficient in problem solving, capable of coordinating labour, contractors, equipment and materials, on multiple sites at once.
- The candidate should be confident in negotiating prices for materials, contractors or equipment, in order to meet budgeting milestones.
- The candidate will be expected to report daily, by way of email, site updates, and provide detailed week by week plans for each site you are responsible.
- Detail orientated and a high workmanship standard is essential.
- Necessary certificates should be provided along with your CV.
Pay: From €52,509.63 per year
