Role Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Early Years Educators to join our fantastic team in Eden Gate, Delgany, Co. Wicklow.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with children of all ages from babies to pre and after school children.

Role Responsibilities:

The Role:

To ensure the provision of a quality service to children and parents
To work as part of a team and liaise with other team members & team leaders
To come up with new ideas and activities to encourage learning with the children
To liaise with parents/guardians of the children and keep them informed of their children’s day
To report all areas of concern to the team leader/manager
To participate in themed days within the crèche when needed
To co-operate with TUSLA Early Years Inspectors

Working hours:

Full time position: 40 hours per week - Crèche opening hours are from 7.30am to 6.30pm, shifts are up to 8 hours in duration and will be confirmed by Management.

Required Qualifications:

All applicants must have minimum QQI / FETAC Level 5 in Childcare. All other qualifications must be recognised by the DCDE.
All applicants must be eligible to work full time in Ireland.
We are eager to find a candidate with a genuine passion towards Early Years. The perfect candidate would be hardworking, ambitious, creative and a real team player
Additional experience and qualifications are highly desirable. Garda Vetting (and international police clearance if having lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months) will also be required.
