Full job description

Cullen & O’Beirne Solicitors, now part of Sherwin O’Riordan LLP, is seeking to recruit a full-time experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Executive for their busy and expanding Greystones office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years general practice experience and must know their way around a conveyancing file.

Responsibilities include:

· Scheduling Title Deeds

· Assisting with completing conveyancing transactions

· Managing telephone and email enquiries

· Fast and accurate audio Dictaphone typing

· Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates

· File management, including scanning and photocopying

The ideal candidate will have:

· 3+ years general practice experience

· Knowledge of, and ability to work on conveyancing files through to completion

· Strong organisation, administrative and drafting skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload, whilst also being a strong team player

· Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads and to consistently meet deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in a friendly manner

· The ability to fit in with the culture of our practice.
