Sales & Customer Service Executive

Location: In person / Hybrid

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: Generous Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure

About the Role: This Isn’t Your Typical Corporate Job

At SMEgrants, we work directly with Irish business owners to help them access valuable government funding and business supports. We are a lean, fast-growing company—which means you won’t be treated like another number.

We are looking for an ambitious, charismatic, and genuinely chatty Sales & Customer Service Executive who wants an active input with leadership. You will not only be the welcoming voice connecting with business owners, but you will also have the direct freedom to shape our processes, influence strategy, and grow rapidly as the company expands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building Relationships: Speaking with SME owners and decision-makers across Ireland.
Guiding Clients: Walking business owners through eligibility checks and helping them understand accessing funding supports.
Managing the Pipeline: Following up with leads, answering client queries promptly, and keeping our client communication organized.
Driving Company Growth: Working directly alongside leadership, offering real input on strategic decisions as we scale.

Who We’re Looking For

Naturally Charismatic & Chatty: You love talking to people, picking up the phone comes naturally to you, and you enjoy building relationships with people.
Ambitious & Self-Motivated: You want more than just a standard 9-to-5. You want a position where your hard work directly dictates your earnings and career progression.
Previous Experience: Background in phone-based sales, customer service, or account management is a benefit, but your attitude, energy, and drive matter far more than years on a CV.
