Retail Supervisor

Location:Wexford| Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week | On-Site

Coastline Gaming has been at the forefront of gaming and entertainment in Ireland for over 40 years. We operate nine venues across the country and a growing portfolio of online brands making us one of the most established and ambitious operators in the Irish market.

This is Coastline Gaming's newest venue,and we're putting together a strong team to launch this club and deliver a great experience from day one.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the floor, working closely with the General Manager to drive the performance and success of the venue. You will lead the team during your shift, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance are maintained at all times.

You will be responsible for motivating the team, managing cash operations, and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both staff and customers. Direct gaming industry experience is not essential we strongly encourage applications from accomplished supervisors with a strong background in high-volume retail or hospitality.

Hours: Rotating schedule within operating hours of approximately 10:00am 2:00am, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Assistants during your shift, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.

Operational Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash desk operations, and ensure the venue is presented to the highest standards.

Customer Experience: Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, resolving them professionally to ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Performance & Compliance: Monitor on-shift performance, ensuring the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in a supervisory or team leader role in retail, hospitality, or leisure (direct gaming experience is not required we'll teach you the industry)

Proven cash handling experience you're comfortable managing floats, reconciliations, and cash operations

Strong people skills you can motivate a team, have a difficult conversation when needed, and lead by example

Problem-solving mindset you think on your feet and stay composed under pressure

Solid computer literacy comfortable with Excel and basic reporting tools

You must be 18 or over to apply.
