Job Title: Mixologist

Reports to: Restaurant Manager/Manager on Duty

At Jaspers Restaurant, we’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and our bar plays a big part in that. As our Mixologist, you’ll bring creativity, flair and a genuine love for hospitality to every drink you create.

Key Responsibilities

Craft high-quality, innovative cocktails with consistency, creativity and attention to detail
Deliver a warm, engaging and professional service to all guests creating a welcoming and lively bar atmosphere
Take ownership of your section, ensuring the bar is always clean, organised and fully stocked
Stay up to date with cocktail trends, ingredients, and techniques bringing fresh ideas to Jaspers
Contribute to the development of seasonal cocktail menus and drinks promotions
Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless service between bar and floor
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and responsible alcohol service
Support with stock management, ordering and minimising waste
Handle guest queries or feedback with care and professionalism, always aiming to exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a busy hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
A passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
A positive, energetic attitude with strong teamwork skills
The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
Creativity and curiosity always looking for ways to improve and innovate
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading times
