Job Summary:
The Spa & Leisure Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care within the spa, pool, and leisure areas. This hands-on role ensures that all areas are immaculate, inviting, and always aligned with The Grace Westport Estate's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and leisure facilities, including poolside areas, changing rooms, treatment corridors and relaxation rooms.

Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, sanitising surfaces, vacuuming, and replenishing towels, robes, and amenities.

Undertake scheduled deep-cleaning tasks, including treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, showers, pool tiles, and locker areas, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

Monitor and record cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to The Grace's standards.

Ensure towels, robes, and amenities are always fully stocked, neatly presented, and in excellent condition.

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.

Support spa & leisure teams with setup and preparation of treatment rooms, gym & pool and other guest areas.

Monitor the pool and leisure areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules.

Report maintenance, safety, or hygiene issues promptly to the Spa Supervisor or Manager.

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all facilities are prepared for service or securely closed down.

Conduct and record daily water quality tests for the pool, jacuzzi, and other wet areas, following safety and hygiene regulations

Promote a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere at all times.

Required Experience & Skills

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and safety.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
