Multi award winning Keltech Engineering is now recruiting for a Production Planner.
In this role you will report to the Operations Manager who is responsible for the overall resource planning of the organisation. You will assist the Planning Department ensuring resources are maximised to meet customer demand, involving time spent on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review Sales order are in line, with dedicated customer capacity
- Create Work orders used for planning production
- Create Work orders for Non-Chargeable hours
- Planning of individual production work centres and machines.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Purchasing departments around planning.
- Work with other key departments
- Updating Master file on product changes affecting the planning process, such process times, work centres routing etc
- Prepare reports used for Senior Management meetings
- Data analysis
- Daily reporting of KPI’s such as internal and External OTD, Efficiency, etc
- Escalate (internally and externally) any issues in meeting customer requirement. Resolve issues internally and communicate externally such that the customer relationship is highest priority
Secondary Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and input into ERP system
- Update customer portals
- Answer Customer Service Phone
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in office based role
- Experience in manufacturing or planning role
- Bachelor Degree in Business related field preferable but Certificate considered
- Fluency in English essential
- Experience with ERP/Customer Management Systems
- Proficiency in Excel
