Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with a strong sales focus, a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
This is a junior-level position offering a strong opportunity for development and progression, with training and support provided. While previous experience is not essential, candidates must demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for sales, a willingness to learn and develop, and the ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong sales mentality, attention to detail and desire to succeed are essential for this role.
Responsibilities/Duties
· Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activity and pipeline management.
· Research target companies and identify potential customers and contacts.
· Carry out outbound sales activity by phone, email and LinkedIn.
· Follow up on inbound leads, events, webinars and other sales opportunities.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
· Support the preparation of quotes, proposals and customer communications.
· Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Develop a strong understanding of Dataworks’ services and the industries we work with.
Qualifications
A minimum level 5/6 in Business, IT or Sales related qualification is required for the role.
Skills & Experience
Essential
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic with good time management
· Target driven with a proactive, sales focus
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong experience with MS Office and Outlook
· Technologically confident, with an interest of AI and emerging technologies
Advantageous
· Knowledge of or experience in Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Industries
· Experience in a sales related or customer facing role
Salary
€32,000 - €35,000 per annum
