As a member of Front of house, You are the first person the customer meet, you will be working along side your colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience and have the ability to think of quick resoultion when faced with customer issues. Rosponsible for assisting and maintaining all front of house areas. Can confidentily command a room full of people in a polite manner to ensure that cutomers understand what they are doing. All elements of customer service from answering the phone to check- ins.
- Check ins: Checking in customers and ensuring that cusotmers have waivers of liabilty completed before participating on track.
- Safety briefings: Performing driver safety briefings and making sure customers understand the rules before going on to the track
- Incident Management: Highlyighting issues and safety concerns to management in a discreet and calm manner.
- Communication: communicating details to the Marshal via radio.
Skills and Qualities:
- Knowledge of karting rules and regulations .
- Ability to work under pressure .
- Strong communication skills .
- Ability to make quick decisions .
- Flexibility in working hours .
- Previous experience in motorsports or event management (helpful but not always required) .
- Can reliably commute and have your own transport.
