Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Respond promptly and professionally to email and telephone enquiries.

Requirements

Experience in office administration support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities as business needs require.
