We are hiring a Site Engineer for housing development in Tullamore.

Role Overview

Key Requirements

Residential experience: Proven experience on Irish residential housing sites
Good knowledge of housing groundworks, drainage, and utility services.
Setting Out: Precision setting out for foundations, slabs, and roads.
Equipment: Proficient with Trimble or Leica Total Stations.
Essential to have practical working experience within Ireland.

Main Responsibilities

Residential Setting Out: Establish precise lines and levels.
Groundworks & Services: Oversee deep drainage, water mains, and service ducting.
Infrastructure: Manage the layout of estate roads, paths, and boundaries.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works meet Irish Building Regulations.
Site Coordination: Working hand-in-hand with residential groundworks crews.
