A brand-new coffee shop is opening in Kilcormac, Co. Offaly, and we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team.
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service.
- An enthusiasm for good food and high-quality ingredients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, confident, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work well as part of a team while also taking initiative when required.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and early mornings.
Experience:
Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable, but most importantly we are looking for people with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
