Kitchen Assistant – Dessert Production (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are an established family dessert business seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our growing bakery team in Kilmessan, Co. Meath.

In this role, you will help produce our high-quality dessert products. This is a permanent, year-round position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a truly positive working environment.

Key/ Core Responsibilities

Mix and prepare batch ingredients: Measure, scale, and mix ingredients for large-scale dessert production.
Bake and monitor products to ensure perfect consistency and quality.
Operate and clean bakery and production equipment.
Package and label finished desserts safely for storage and distribution.
Maintain hygiene standards by keeping work areas spotless and compliant.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Food industry or similar experience is a bonus, but not essential. The right eager candidate will get full training. We are looking for an all-rounder.
Availability: Must be available full-time Monday through Friday. Starting from 7/9am – 3/5pm. Not a part time role.
Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Experience: Food sector or similar background is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Close commuting distance: Currently live relatively close to the place of work at Kilmessan, Co. Meath (Own car transport required. The working location is based in a rural area with no public transport)

Unfortunately, this is not a summer or part-time work role.

Pay: €14.30-€15.00 per hour
