The Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team in Tralee. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in our clients' lives, providing essential support with daily living activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in your community and help individuals maintain their independence.
The Financial Package (Fully Qualified Rates): We value your time, especially during unsocial hours.
- Standard Rate: €15.10 per hour.
- Evening & Saturday Premium: €15.25 – €15.40 per hour.
- Sunday Rate: €17.10 – €17.25 per hour.
- Bank Holidays: €28.50 – €29.00 per hour (Excellent earning potential).
- Paid Mileage: We pay for your travel between clients.

What You Need:
- Transport: You must have a full B driving license and access to a car (Required).
- Location: Living in or near Tralee.
- Attitude: Compassion and reliability are more important than experience.
- Authorisation: Right to work in Ireland.
