Assistant Restaurant Manager - Tralee
We have an exciting new opportunity here at Gally’s Bar & Restaurant for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong passion for providing high-quality food, whilst understanding the true value of excellent customer service. This position is based in Tralee, Co Kerry.
The ideal candidate must be a dedicated manager who is driven by achieving success. The ability to create, motivate and inspire a team of staff is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities as Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Liaising with the head chef and General Manager regarding menu planning and budgeting.
- Meeting HACCP requirements and food safety standards
- Leading the team in terms of providing excellent customer service
- Conducts his/herself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye
- Coaches, counsels and develops the team.
Requirements of the Assistant Restaurant Manager job:
- Previous experience managing a restaurant/ catering environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
