Financial Advisor – Life, Pensions & Investments
Location: Kerry/Cork/Limerick

You will work directly with the Managing Director in a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment, with the opportunity to make a real impact as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed revenue and business targets for life, pension, and investment products.
- Provide expert financial advice based on comprehensive fact-finding processes, identifying and prioritising each client’s financial planning needs and long-term goals.
- Proactively build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to grow the Agrifinance Life and Pensions client base.
- Ensure full adherence to company standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the use of approved systems and technology platforms.
- Take ownership of your professional development by continually enhancing your technical knowledge, sales capabilities, and understanding of market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
- A recognised financial qualification (e.g. QFA, CFP) is essential.
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored recommendations in life, pension, and investment products.
- Proven track record in direct or intermediary sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital point-of-sale/administration systems.
- Self-starter with the drive and energy to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Regulatory Compliance
This is a Controlled Function under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity Regime. As such, compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies is a requirement at all times.
