Vacant Roles in our Tralee Show Room:
- Full Time Retail Sales Representatives – rostered over Monday to Saturday.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Offering best-in-class service to our customers including expert advice on our products efficiently and professionally.
- Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation & cleanliness.
- Managing point-of-sale processes, including cash, card & credit transactions.
- Loading and unloading bathroom ware & tiles.
- Respond to sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing customers with information such as stock availability, products, pricing, and lead times.
- Some travelling to customer appointments and site visits
- Representing the business professionally while out on the road
- Supporting customers both in-store and at their location when needed
- The road-based side of the role:
Part of this position involves getting out of the showroom and meeting customers directly. This could include visiting customers, attending consultations, checking in on projects, or supporting clients face-to-face. We’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident working independently, and likes the balance of both showroom and field-based work.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the Tile & Sanitary Ware Industry.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Irish Driving License - Preferred
- Interest in Interior Design and a flare for design
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding weekly & monthly targets.
- Fluency in English - Written & Spoken
- Knowledge of Computer Software such as Word, Excel & Intact.
- Experience in dealing with customers on a one to one basis.
