Vacant Roles in our Tralee Show Room:

Full Time Retail Sales Representatives – rostered over Monday to Saturday.

Roles & Responsibilities

Offering best-in-class service to our customers including expert advice on our products efficiently and professionally.
Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation & cleanliness.
Managing point-of-sale processes, including cash, card & credit transactions.
Loading and unloading bathroom ware & tiles.
Respond to sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Providing customers with information such as stock availability, products, pricing, and lead times.
Some travelling to customer appointments and site visits
Representing the business professionally while out on the road
Supporting customers both in-store and at their location when needed
The road-based side of the role:

Part of this position involves getting out of the showroom and meeting customers directly. This could include visiting customers, attending consultations, checking in on projects, or supporting clients face-to-face. We’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident working independently, and likes the balance of both showroom and field-based work.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the Tile & Sanitary Ware Industry.
Ability to work without supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full Irish Driving License - Preferred
Interest in Interior Design and a flare for design
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding weekly & monthly targets.
Fluency in English - Written & Spoken
Knowledge of Computer Software such as Word, Excel & Intact.
Experience in dealing with customers on a one to one basis.
