We have 8 locations where we offer small group personal training and are growing-fast. The daily duties will involve in person group PT session delivery, leading a team, gym management as well as customer success management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coaching our small group PT (SGPT) and large group conditioning sessions.
- Will be responsible for the customer success and fulfilment of a designated cohort of our members.
-Attend in house CPD's to continually progress coaching expertise.
- Maintaining personal & gym standards at all times.
- Promoting the brand through social media to promote client wins and expand our reach within local markets.
This is a full time salaried position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
