About Us

We're a small group personal training business with eight locations across Ireland, built on a foundation of community, results, and genuine care for our clients. Our sessions are energetic, supportive, and designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve lasting change. We're looking for an experienced personal trainer to join one of our teams and help us continue delivering exceptional training.

The Role

You'll lead small group training sessions, build strong relationships with members, and contribute to a positive, motivating gym environment. This role suits someone who thrives on connection, takes pride in coaching quality, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team rather than a faceless gym floor.

What you'll do:

Deliver engaging, effective small group personal training sessions
Support members with technique, motivation, and accountability
Build rapport with clients and contribute to member retention
Collaborate with the team to maintain high studio standards
Track client progress and adapt sessions to meet evolving needs

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3+ years working as a personal trainer, ideally with group training experience
Qualifications: Recognised personal training certification (REPS Ireland or equivalent)
Coaching ability: Strong technical knowledge and the ability to coach a range of fitness levels simultaneously
Communication: Warm, approachable, and confident engaging with clients
Reliability: Professional, punctual, and committed to showing up fully
Mindset: Someone who's past the early-career learning curve and brings maturity, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping people

We particularly value trainers who've developed their craft over time and bring both life experience and professional depth to their coaching.
