**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Chef with experience in Irish cuisine. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in cooking techniques while also embracing the flavors and traditions of Irish food. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending culinary cultures and pushing creative boundaries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and present a range of Irish dishes to a high standard
* Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
* Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
* Manage stock, ordering, and cost control
* Train and support junior kitchen staff
* Collaborate with management on menu innovation and special events
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a chef highly desirable
* Familiarity with traditional Irish dishes and ingredients
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certification
